Game slang, aka chat dictionary

• 2-2-2, or other numbers in the same format — team composition.
  The first number indicates the number of tanks, the second — damage dealers, the third — supports. Can also be used without dashes.
  Example: 303 is new meta lol

A

• acc — account.
  In other games acc also means “accuracy”, but in MR players usually call it aim.

• ace — top player.
  Displayed as a badge in the in-game statistics (when pressing Tab) to indicate the best player on the team. In rare cases, it is used in chat to refer to killing five or more players.
  Example: omg what an ace bro

• af — as fuck.
  Example: bp is annoying af

• afk — away from keyboard, idle.
  Example: our tank went afk, gg

• agent, government agent — a teammate who makes stupid decisions despite playing at high rank. It’s a running joke that NetEase being a Chinese company places government agents in your lobby on your team to throw the game when you’re winning too much and NetEase want you to lose. Example: i am on 5 win streak. this time i got a team full of agents, ty guanguang

• aim  — accuracy.

• aimbot — cheats that automatically aim at enemies.

B

• bait — provocation.
  Usually refers to a situation where one player forces another to act aggressively (in the game or in chat), thereby distracting them from what is happening in the match.

• bhop, bunny hop — consecutive jumps.
  A technique that allows a player to move around the map faster than usual. It is typically performed by pressing the jump key at the moment of landing. In MR, it works only if the player already has initial momentum.

• boost — raise, uplift.
  The intentional act of helping certain players climb ranks they aren’t skilled enough for. Thus, a player who is “carried” this way is boosted. Example: i cant play with my team, they all boosted af

E

• ez — easy.
  Most often used to mock the opposing team. Sometimes used sarcastically after a loss.
  Example: ez spidey diff

• gg — good game.
